By using Encore Discord Music Bot ("the Bot", "Encore", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Bot, including server owners, administrators, and members who interact with Encore in any Discord server.
Acceptable Use
You May
- Use the Bot for playing music in Discord voice channels
- Create and share playlists within the Bot's functionality
- Use all available commands as intended
- Report bugs and suggest improvements
- Use premium features if you have an active subscription
You May Not
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot
- Use the Bot for illegal activities or copyright infringement
- Spam commands or attempt to overload the Bot's systems
- Share or resell your premium subscription
- Use the Bot to harass other users or violate Discord's Terms of Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems or data
Premium Services
Subscription Terms
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through our support server
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
- Premium features are subject to change with reasonable notice
Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Service Interruptions
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions
- Premium subscription time may be extended for significant outages
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encore and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Bot.
Disclaimers
- The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of music content
- Users are responsible for compliance with copyright laws
- We are not responsible for content played through the Bot
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that we deem harmful to the service or other users.
Termination Conditions
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Abuse of the Bot or its systems
- Violation of Discord's Terms of Service while using the Bot
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Harassment of other users or staff
Upon termination, your access to premium features will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
